Photography Services Agreement

Parties

This Photography Services Agreement is entered into between Groisi Studio and photographer Timothee Groisiller, referred to as the Photographer, and Grayson Muller / Quinque Fragrance, referred to as the Client.

Scope of Work

The Photographer agrees to create product photography for Quinque Fragrance. The project includes two fully edited and retouched photographs of each fragrance scent sent by the Client. The Client is sending two fragrance scents, for a total of four final edited and retouched photographs.

Creative Direction

The Photographer will use professional judgment regarding styling, lighting, composition, color grading, retouching, and final image selection. The Client may provide general creative direction, scent notes, references, or preferred visual details before the shoot.

Fee

The agreed rate is $30 per final edited and retouched photograph. With four final photographs included in this agreement, the total photography fee is $120.

Additional Costs

The Client agrees to pay for any added costs required to source materials for the shoot, including but not limited to props, styling materials, surfaces, backdrops, florals, decorative objects, or other items specifically purchased for the project. Any significant added costs should be communicated to the Client before purchase when reasonably possible.

Shipping

The Client is responsible for the cost of shipping the fragrances to the Photographer. If the Client would like the fragrances returned after the shoot, the Client is also responsible for the cost of return shipment. Alternatively, the Client may choose to donate the fragrances to the Photographer to keep after completion of the shoot.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the project and before delivery of the final high-resolution edited images, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional costs, including approved props or materials, are due with the final project payment.

Deliverables

The Client will receive four final edited and retouched digital photographs. Raw, unedited, or outtake images are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

Turnaround

Final delivery timing will begin once the Photographer has received the fragrances and any required shoot materials. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to complete and deliver the final images in a timely manner.

Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the Client receives permission to use the final delivered images for Quinque Fragrance’s website, social media, digital marketing, email marketing, portfolio, promotional materials, and general brand use. The images may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or provided to unrelated third parties for separate commercial use without written permission from the Photographer.

Photographer Portfolio Rights

Groisi Studio retains the right to display the final images for portfolio, website, social media, promotional, editorial, and professional presentation purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Retouching and Revisions

The final photographs will include professional editing and retouching at the Photographer’s discretion. Minor revision requests may be considered if they are consistent with the original creative direction. Major changes, reshoots, or new concepts may require an additional fee.

Product Condition

The Client acknowledges that fragrances and packaging should be shipped securely and in shoot-ready condition. The Photographer is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. The Photographer will take reasonable care of the products while they are in the Photographer’s possession.

Agreement

By signing below, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Photography Services Agreement.
