Photography Agreement Terms
1. Scope of Services
Groisi Studio agrees to provide photography services for the client and project listed in the Agreement Information section. The services will be photographed and directed in Groisi Studio’s professional style, with creative decisions including lighting, posing, composition, image selection, and editing handled by Groisi Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment Terms
The client agrees to pay the total project fee listed in the Agreement Information section. Any deposit or retainer listed is required to reserve the session date and covers Groisi Studio’s time, preparation, and availability.
The remaining balance is due according to the terms listed in the Agreement Information section. Final images will not be delivered until the full balance has been paid.
3. Deliverables
The client will receive the deliverables listed in the Agreement Information section. Final images will be delivered according to the listed turnaround time, provided that the full balance has been paid.
RAW files, unedited images, screenshots, outtakes, and full image archives are not included unless separately agreed to in writing by Groisi Studio.
4. Editing and Retouching
All final images will be edited and retouched in Groisi Studio’s professional style. Retouching may include color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, skin cleanup, and other artistic refinements as determined by Groisi Studio.
5. Usage Rights
Upon full payment, client receives usage rights according to the terms listed in the Agreement Information section.
Groisi Studio retains copyright ownership of all images created during the session. Images may not be sold, licensed to third parties, commercially reproduced, heavily altered, or used in paid advertising without prior written permission from Groisi Studio unless such usage is separately agreed upon in writing.
Groisi Studio may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, editorial submission, promotional, and studio marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Any deposit or retainer listed in the Agreement Information section is non-refundable once paid unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the client needs to reschedule, the client must notify Groisi Studio as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to Groisi Studio’s availability.
If the client cancels the session or does not appear for the scheduled session, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of weather emergency, illness, or circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.
7. Client Cooperation
The client agrees to arrive on time and prepared for the session. Delays caused by the client may reduce available shooting time and do not reduce the agreed session fee. The client understands that final results depend on cooperation, preparation, wardrobe, location conditions, timing, lighting, and other creative or practical factors.
8. Limitation of Liability
Groisi Studio will take reasonable care in photographing, editing, storing, and delivering the final images. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, file corruption, accident, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent delivery of the agreed images, Groisi Studio’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client.
