For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I grant Groisi Studio and photographer Timothee Groisiller, together with their legal representatives, licensees, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my likeness. I authorize the use, reproduction, publication, editing, alteration, and distribution of such images in all media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity.
This authorization includes use in editorial publications, portfolio display, studio promotion, commercial advertising, marketing materials, websites, social media platforms, and licensing to third parties including brands, publications, or exhibitions. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or the specific uses to which they may be applied.
The model acknowledges that the images created during the session may be used by Groisi Studio for editorial presentation, portfolio and website display, studio marketing, social media promotion, commercial advertising, and licensing to brands or publications. Unless otherwise restricted in writing prior to the session, these categories of use are considered approved under this agreement.
This agreement is entered into under one of the following arrangements: trade for portfolio, paid photographic services, or another mutually agreed written arrangement. Unless explicitly stated in writing, the model understands that no additional compensation will be owed for future uses of the images beyond the consideration originally agreed upon for the session.
The model acknowledges that the photographs may undergo professional post-production including retouching, color grading, compositing, background modification, and the use of AI-assisted image editing tools. These technologies may be used solely for enhancing or refining the photographs captured during the session. The Photographer agrees that the model’s likeness will not be used to generate entirely new imagery unrelated to the original photographs without obtaining additional consent.
I release and discharge Groisi Studio and photographer Timothee Groisiller from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the photographs, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, misrepresentation, or violation of rights of publicity.
I confirm that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
